We’re excited to share the latest edition of our Talking Therapies Quarterly Newsletter! 🎉

In this issue, we celebrate the achievement of key service targets and outline our ambitious plans for the year ahead. You’ll also find a powerful case study on Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), highlighting the real impact of evidence-based care.

We’re proud to showcase how our teams have been engaging creatively with communities during national health campaigns, as well as strengthening our digital reach through our first-ever social media marketing campaign and a SilverCloud (online CBT) information session.

It’s Loneliness Awareness Week (15-21 June) 💛

This week raises awareness of loneliness and encourages stronger connections in our communities. Around 1 in 4 adults feel lonely at least some of the time, though many never talk about it.

If you don’t feel ready to reach out to a healthcare professional, you might consider connecting with a friend, family member, or neighbour you haven’t spoken to in a while. Even small moments of connection can make a difference.

It’s not always easy to tell when someone around you is struggling.

With England taking on Croatia in the World Cup tonight ⚽, remember that football brings big highs and lows, but so do the people sitting around you.

For Men’s Health Week, take a moment to check in on your mates. 🤝 A simple conversation can make all the difference and no one should feel like they have to stay silent about their mental health.
