Before booking appointment

* I work from home holbrooks - Coventry
Mum of 2

* All deposits are non- refundable.

* Deposits are mandatory for booking your appointment.

* If for what ever reason I am unable to carry out your appointment full refund of your deposit will be given or your appointment moved to the next available date.

* Rearrangement can be made 48 hours proir to your appointment your deposit will be carried over.

* If canceled last minute/ not show up to your appointment you will have to pay a new deposit.
48 hour cancellation

* I give a 15 minutes running late period, if this exceeds your appointment will be canceled and your deposit lost and you will have to rebook.

* All designs will be drawn up after deposit is paid and will be sent 48 hours before your appointment for final approval.

* I will message 48 hours before to confirm your appointment if you don't confirm this could risk your appointment to being cancelled (please provide correct contact details).

* This is negotiable for all clients and standard practice.
