JogCowdenbeath Locally based Health & Fitness delivered by volunteers. We offer groups of different ability

The group offers support to anyone who wants to be active through walk - jog - run exercise, We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 18:45 for a 19:00 start in The Maxwell Centre, Stenhouse Street, Cowdenbeath The emphasis is on fun and participation, and all are made welcome. We cannot accept anyone under 16 years old, unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Some of our members enjoyed a 10K Sunday Social from Dunfermline to Limekilns today, making the most of the nice weather ☀️
Of course, it isn’t a JC social without some food, so they popped in to Coorie for breakfast - as you do.

We will see you all tomorrow meeting at the Maxwell Centre from 18:45.

Well done everyone who has joined us for this new block whether you are new to the club or a returning member. We have been fortunate with the warmer weather!

We are meeting at the Maxwell Centre this coming week and have our first away session on Monday 27th July at Pet at Homes.

A reminder that we have an upcoming training session on the 31st July and if you have any questions and/or feedback you can speak to your member reps or a leader. This is always fedback anonymously unless otherwise stated.
