This morning’s space. 🤎🌹
Cacao, breath, presence and permission to simply be.

Today’s Conscious Connected Breathwork journey was about creating a safe space to soften, feel, release if the body was ready — and be held through whatever arose.

Sometimes healing isn’t about fixing anything. Sometimes it’s simply having somewhere you don’t have to carry it all alone.

A beautiful morning at Devata. ✨

Hacker: “Send me £10,000 or I’ll leak your photos and massage videos”
Me: “Mate… my whole life is basically just massage, teaching and creating content 😂💆‍♀️✨

✨ That’s a wrap on my very first Body Massage Diploma ✨

What an absolute pleasure it has been to teach this beautiful group of ladies — Lisa, Karolina, Gillian, Ciara, Lee-Ann and Katie. 🤍

Watching you all learn, grow in confidence, develop your hands-on skills and support each other throughout this journey has been so special.

Teaching is such a privilege, and seeing the passion and care you already have for your clients makes me incredibly proud.

I am so proud of every one of you and I cannot wait to see where you take this new skill. ✨

Remember — every amazing therapist started exactly where you are now. Keep learning, keep practising, and trust in the journey. 🌿

Thank you for allowing me to be part of this chapter with you. 🤍

This morning we had the pleasure of holding space with the beautiful women of Chrysalis Women Centre 🤍

Surrounded by nature, we slowed down, took a moment to breathe, reconnect and allow ourselves the gift of rest.

A little reminder that sometimes we don’t need to do more… we simply need to pause, soften and come home to ourselves. 🌱

So grateful to share this space, this journey and these moments of connection. 🤍

Busy behind the scenes preparing the gold seal of approval for our latest set of students ✨🌿

There’s something a little magical about this part… adding that final touch to a certificate that represents so much learning, practice and hard work.

Another group almost ready to become officially Devata approved ✨💛

Money can’t buy happiness. But it can buy 60 minutes where nobody needs you.

No kids. No emails. No “quick favour.” Just you, horizontal, breathing.

That’s not selfish. That’s survival.
