Over the years I've had alot of runners in for treatments to aid with their training or aid in the recovery afterwards, but this client has to be the most impressive runner I've had in the treatment room, i see her about every 8 weeks and this last session was just after she had run 4 1/2 !marathons in 4 days and won her group by 19mins, for anyone who does run will know running a half marathon is no easy task so todo 4 in for days is mind blowing. Been able to help this client maintain herself to this level is always a pleasure.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Adam's dad, Drew.

Over the past few weeks, many of you have shown us incredible kindness, patience and understanding while we spent time with family during his final days. Every message, every gesture and every bit of support has meant more than we can put into words.

As we navigate this heartbreaking time together as a family, we kindly ask that you bear with us. There may be delays in replying to messages, emails and enquiries over the coming days while we take the time we need to grieve and support one another.

Sometimes it's nice to pause and look back.

Six years ago, we opened the doors to Bells Nirvana with one simple hope... to create a place where people could switch off from the outside world, even if only for an hour.

Looking back at our very first treatment menu brought back so many memories. The excitement, the nerves, the dream... and wondering if anyone would walk through the door.

Thankfully, you did.

Over the last six years, you've trusted us with your wellbeing, shared your stories, celebrated life's happy moments with us and turned Bells Nirvana into so much more than we ever imagined.

Before we say goodbye to Bells Nirvana, we'd love to create two last limited-edition experiences inspired by the people who have supported us all these years.

We at bells nirvana Would like to wish ellie a very happy birthday. Been a year of change, sacrifice and growth for ellie, she stepped back from treatments to focus on becoming a teacher over at our other location, devatas holistic centre.
