The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.
On the 21st June, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, treating us to its fullest expression of light.

In yoga, it’s a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our own inner light. It’s a time to celebrate growth, cultivate gratitude, and align ourselves with the vibrant energy of the season.

Join us this Sunday at 9.30am to celebrate the abundance of the season and our connection to nature. Hopefully.. in the garden!

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Caroline! Such an inspiration. She’s been here intermittently from the start, and remembers those cold days in the Masonic hall all the way back in 2024. She’s genuinely one of the nicest people you will meet, a mum of two girls and many, many farmyard animals. We (Ben) are trying to get her to give us one of her eagerly anticipated, soon to arrive kittens.

Caroline’s support of Ballymore house goes past yoga classes. She was one of the first to buy a Cat & Scarf hat off Ben, and proudly let her daughter wear it to school to spread the word. She has been attending a host of classes as of late, including Pilates, circuits, Sunday yoga and GROUND. She has also nearly been at every wee day retreat we’ve done and often brings her good pal Kelly. It’s wonderful to see them taking time out from family life to prioritise themselves!

We are delighted to offer pre & post natal yoga classes! These sessions will be kept to a small number of participants, with all trimesters and experience levels welcome.

It’s a wonderful low impact way to gently exercise while you are expecting. If nothing else, it allows you a slice of time out of your busy life to spend connecting to your baby, nurturing the bond between you both.

✨ Client Spotlight ✨


Ashlee joined us about 18 months ago to support her already established yoga practice. She’s told me that her whole family is big into it, with her mother in law having a yoga teacher come out to their house at times! What a great example to set tor their kids (of which there are many!)

She is also one of these people that you can’t quite believe does it all. An acknowledged carer woman who’s juggling a rather busy blended family, Ashlee takes it all in her stride and makes it look dead easy. I’m sure she’d tell you that it’s not all plain sailing, though! She’s had a little bit of trouble with her back and hips but she doesn’t let this get in her way, still trying to find ways to keep active and mobile.

We were delighted to have her at our Spring retreat this year, where she kept everyone laughing with stories from previous jobs that made our jaws drop. She’s great fun to be around, doesn’t take herself too seriously, and still manages to pull some impressive yoga shapes despite having the longest legs I’ve ever seen. Thank you Ashlee for being a part of it and supporting the cause!
