Pease pudding soup
3 carrots
2 leeks
1 onion
4 potatoes
1.5 pints of water
1 veg stock cube
1.5lbs of peas pudding

Chop, cube etc all the veg and place in a pan with water and stock cube. Boil then mash when all soft. Then mix in the Peas Pudding and eat!!!!
1 syn for the whole pan

12 speed soup

1 tin mixed beans
1 tin green lentils
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 tin baked beans
handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 parsnips
green, red and yellow peppers
2 beef stock
salt and pepper
mixed heabs
water (enough to cover all ingredients.

Method:
chop all veg and add everything together cover and cook until soft. Can be left chunky
or blended.

tastes great and gives great weight losses.

Please note: it makes huge amounts but is freezable

Pate

Ingredients:

3 x rashers of bacon (rind removed)
1 x Garlic clove
I x Onion

1lb Chicken Livers
1 tsp mixed herbs

Method:

Roughly chop onion, garlic and bacon and cook in pan for 5mins, then add Chicken livers and cook for a further 10mins. Transfer to a food processor add mixed herbs and mix until smooth.

Allow to cool before refrigerating.

Free on Extra Easy and Original day

Mushy pea curry

1 onion chopped
1 tin mushy peas
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
curry powder 1tbsp (or to taste)
a handful of frozen peas
chicken
a little water to loosen mixture.

Fry garlic, chicken and onion in fry light until lightly browned. Blend mushy peas and tin of tomatoes together, add water as required to get a runnier consistency. Pour into pan with the garlic, chicken and onion then add the frozen peas and curry powder. Cook for about 20 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Syn free on extra easy
