💙 A Heartfelt Thank You from Hayley 💙

When Hayley unfortunately broke her leg, she suddenly found herself needing additional support with her day-to-day life. What followed has been a journey of recovery, and we have been incredibly proud to be there for her every step of the way. 🏡💙

Hayley has recently taken the time to share just how much the support from our care team has meant to her. She told us how grateful she is for the kindness, patience and encouragement she has received and said she “can’t thank them enough” for everything they have done. 🥰

A special mention goes to Alex, Tiegan, Sophie and Chloe, who Hayley wanted to personally praise for the wonderful care and support they have provided. 🌟

Their compassion, reassurance and willingness to go the extra mile have helped Hayley feel supported, comfortable and more confident during what has been a challenging time.

A huge thank you to our wonderful carers, Jayci and Kayleigh, for the fantastic support they’ve been providing to a new client. 💙

Starting with carers can understandably feel daunting, especially for someone who has been anxious about having that support in their life. Jayci and Kayleigh have shown such patience, kindness and understanding, helping to build trust and create a positive relationship from the very beginning.

It has been wonderful to hear how well the client is getting on with them and how comfortable they are becoming in their company.

Kayleigh has been supporting them with practical everyday skills, including cooking, taking the time to encourage independence while making the experience enjoyable and positive. Jayci has also gone above and beyond, taking them to a local sensory room, which was a real highlight and something they have spoken about so positively since.

It’s moments like these that remind us just how important compassionate, person-centred care can be. 🌟
