Quadrant Leisure was launched in 2013, however in May 2017 we took over the gym facility here at the JWS and THE QFIT GYM was born!

Children aged 9 to 15 would be supervised and educated in the basic principles of fitness and exercise to ensure they have a positive relationship with physical activity. This will then play a huge part in supporting better physical, mental and social wellbeing!

Our Youth Fitness Academy for 9 to 15 years olds is taking shape and our second course during the May half-term is fully booked.

We have now released details of TWO new 3hour workshops at the end of July, with the option to either attend on a Saturday or across three days during the summer hoilidays.
