The big clothes throw is over for another year! 131 bags donated in total by my gorgeous members, collected this morning ready to go straight too . Each bag is worth on average £25 so I make that £3,275!
And i have my garage and treadmill back 🎉🎉

Ahhhhhh, Michelle Louise Collins ♥️
The moment you realise you've lost your 10 year old son in weight. Just look how pleased they both are. And she admitted last night, she couldn't carry him for long! Over 5 stone down 1 year today. Michelle joined to help her body. She has suffered with early arthritis most of her life, while losing weight hasn't solved this, it's definitely making a difference. The recovery from her knee replacement will be so much quicker and easier.
Plus she has so much more energy to look after all the children she cares for on a day to day basis! And we LOVE that you are a part of our 7pm Farncombe group.💋

Proof that a lot can change in a year. Meet Gemma Caldwell who joined 1 year and 1 week ago and is officially 3 stone 2.5lbs lighter.
As a martial arts instructor she has always been fit, but just couldn't shift the weight. She realised she needed to focus on nutrition too so joined along with a good friend (who is over 4 stone lighter too) and gave it her ALL!
From week one she knew his was the plan for her, her biggest surprise being that she could actually eat all the lovely things she did before, just change how she was preparing them. Enjoying family friendly meals- her favourite being pulled pork, that everyone enjoys.
This knowledge is being handed down to her kids too, who help her meal plan and join her on her runs.
A true inspiration ❤️

This one goes out to all those that said you wouldn't, and said you couldn't! ❤️
What a year - pretty much 4 1/2 stone lost!
But, as always it's not about the weight you lose, it's the life you've gained. The confidence to be in photos, to lace up those trainers, to sign up for a race! I can't wait to do Race for Life with you.
Kate is such a huge part of our 9.30am Farncombe group. She has shown up for the good, the bad and quite frankly those ugly weeks where she doesn't want to be there. 🤣
Now it's my absolute privilege to continue to be by your side as your navigate the new journey of Slim for Life. 💖

My Burger Queen and Food P**n poster has done it! 😍

Wowzers! I'm full of emotions today. Sometimes a person walks through my door and you just know. You just know they are ready.

Will it be easy? No!
Will it be worth it? Hell YES!

This gorgeous human hit her 8 and a half stone award and it's officially at TARGET!
Just look at her food. What diet?
The changes she has made, even embracing physical activity (with a little persuasion 😉) And her total belief in brocoli releasing the same endorphins as chocolate.

I am beyond proud to of been by your side for the good weeks, but most importantly for the tough weeks. Those weeks where you dug deep and HAD to trust the process.
It doesn't matter how long it takes, it matters that you just keep going.❤️💋

Now to convince her to throw away her old clothes, but one step at a time.😘

Oh Lisa Sanderson I literally have no words! It's taken all night of over thinking exactly what I want to say.

10 stone gone in 15 months! Your dedication is second to none. We couldn't resist a cheeky photo of you carrying me (a resemblance of the weight you have lost 😂😂)
But it's not the weight, it's the life you've taken control of. Your fitness (not too mention muscle 💪 you have gained! Pretty sure you could bench press me!) and i can't describe the support you give to others both in and out of group. You are the matriarch of the 7pm group! Always with something positive to say to others.
This last stone has been a drag for you, but you've dug deep and trusted the process.
It is a privilege to be by your side (and on your back!) on this journey ❤️

I've been lucky enough to be asked up to head office to talk about the amazing results my members have had this last couple of months. This includes a over night stay at a hotel. 😍 Am I the only person who fully unpacks? Lays out my clothes/make up for the morning with my dress hanging up.
I'm totally nervous for what tomorrow will bring, what they will ask me but my gorgeous members have just told me to be myself and show my passion. 💓
