💗 It’s official… my book is now available on Amazon.

Writing this book has been one of the most personal and meaningful projects I have ever undertaken.

Like many women, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges that come with hormonal changes, perimenopause and menopause. The confusion, the exhaustion, the brain fog, the weight struggles, the sleepless nights and wondering if anyone truly understands what you’re going through.

I wrote this book because I wanted women to have the resource I wish I’d had when my own symptoms began.

Inside, you’ll find practical information, easy-to-understand explanations, evidence-based guidance and real-life experiences to help you better understand your body and navigate this stage of life with confidence.

This isn’t just a book about menopause.

It’s about understanding yourself, feeling empowered, and knowing that you are not alone.

The exhaustion.
The brain fog.
The lack of motivation.
The feeling of being overwhelmed by tiny things.

But sometimes… it isn’t laziness at all.

Hormones, stress, poor sleep, overwhelm and mental load can all affect how we feel day to day.

You are not failing.
You are not weak.
And you are definitely not alone 💗
