Most lash artists focus on finding the “perfect glue”… but very few pay attention to where that glue is sitting. 👀

One of the simplest changes I’ve made to my lash setup is switching to plastic glue stickers with recessed wells.

Why?

✨ Less exposure to air
✨ Adhesive stays fresher for longer
✨ More consistent viscosity throughout the appointment
✨ Less waste and cleaner working conditions
✨ Better control = better retention

Unlike flat surfaces such as jade stones, crystal stones, or tape, each adhesive drop sits inside its own small cavity, helping to slow down oxidation and maintain performance for longer.

It’s a tiny adjustment, but in lash artistry, tiny adjustments often create the biggest improvements.

The best results don’t come from working harder — they come from working smarter. 🤍

People always ask me if the food at our 5⭐ Ultra All Inclusive resort is amazing…

And yes, it absolutely is.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned from travelling, it’s this:

✨ Nothing beats finding a small local restaurant where food is made with passion, tradition, and pride.

Yesterday we swapped the resort buffet for a little family-run taverna by the sea… and wow.

Fresh octopus.
Mussels.
Calamari.
Authentic Greek salad.
Local wine.

Every single dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavour. The kind of meal that reminds you why Greek cuisine is loved all over the world.

As much as I appreciate luxury resorts, some of the most memorable dining experiences happen away from the big hotels, sitting by the sea, listening to the waves, and enjoying food made by people who genuinely care about what lands on your plate.

Greece, you’ve been spoiling us. 🇬🇷❤️

Good food.
Good wine.
Good company.
And views that make you never want to leave.

“I don’t wear makeup, so my lashes are clean…”

One of the biggest myths in the lash industry. 👀

The debris in this photo isn’t mascara.

It’s a build-up of natural oils, dead skin cells, dust, skincare residue, sweat and everyday environmental particles.

When this builds up around the lash line it can:

One of the most overlooked causes of lash lift problems isn’t the lotion application...

It’s the lotion removal.

If step 1 or step 2 products aren’t thoroughly removed, they can continue processing on the lashes long after you think the treatment is finished.

The result?

⚠️ Over-processed lashes⚠️ Dry, damaged results⚠️ Increased risk of irritation and sensitivity⚠️ Unpredictable lift outcomes

This is why we don’t rush the removal stage.

Every lash lift product has a job to do—but it also has a time to stop working.

As professionals, our responsibility isn’t just applying products correctly. It’s making sure they’re completely removed when their job is done.

The smallest details often make the biggest difference between an average lash lift and an exceptional one.

Most lash lift artists focus on the shield.

We focus on the skin first.

When working on hooded eyes, heavy lids, or clients with excess skin around the eye area, applying a shield without first assessing and positioning the skin correctly can affect how the lashes sit on the shield, how evenly the lotions process, and ultimately the final result.

This is why you’ll often see us gently tape and stretch the skin before placing the shield.

It’s not about making the treatment look neat.

It’s about creating the right working surface for accurate shield placement, proper lash alignment, reduced tension points, and more predictable results.

The truth is that two clients can have the same lash length but require completely different preparation techniques because eye anatomy matters.

Great lash lifts aren’t created by following the same steps on every client.

They’re created by understanding the client in front of you.

Most clients think every Korean Lash Lift should be performed exactly the same way.

It shouldn’t.

In this reel, I’m showing two different lotion application techniques used on the SAME client.

Why? Because eye shape, natural lash length, eyelid anatomy, and sensitivity all matter.

The goal isn’t to follow one method for everyone. The goal is to achieve the safest lift, the most even result, and the healthiest natural lashes.

The difference between a good lash lift and a great lash lift is understanding the client in front of you.
