✨ Today I birthed my new healing and therapy space. ✨

After much thought, planning and love, I am delighted to welcome clients into a beautiful new space designed to feel safe, calm, nurturing and supportive.

This room is more than just four walls; it is a sanctuary where you can pause, breathe, heal and reconnect with yourself. Whether you come for Hypnotherapy, EFT, or Reiki, my intention is that you feel comfortable, heard and cared for from the moment you arrive.

I am incredibly grateful for this new chapter and can’t wait to share this peaceful space with both existing and new clients.

Here’s to healing, growth and new beginnings. 💜✨

Congratulations to three wonderful new Reiki practitioners. Such lovely ladies, beautiful souls, and an absolute joy to teach. Watching each of you grow in confidence and connect with Reiki energy over the course has been truly special.

Thank you for your openness, trust, laughter, and willingness to embrace the journey 💛
