A little about me:
Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder is an experienced Creative Kinesiology practitioner and teacher who has been in professional practice since 2007.
She has taught with the Creative Kinesiology School for over 15 years and has served as a Director of Creative Kinesiology Ltd since 2020.
Her work blends deep listening, embodied healing, and a strong intuitive presence, supporting people to reconnect with their inner wisdom and navigate life’s challenges.
Sarah-Jayne teaches foundational, proficiency and advanced kinesiology courses, including trauma-informed approaches and professional training.
Her work is rooted in lived experience - of previous challenging life circumstances from young, and parenting a child (and now caring for a young man) with complex needs - giving her deep insight into the emotional and physical layers that shape people’s lives.
She draws on diverse influences, including the Medicine Wheel of the Americas, the Way of Ceremony, and Earth-based practices, weaving them into her kinesiology sessions and workshops. This creates a rich, grounded, and transformative space for her clients and students.
As a mother, grower, wild swimmer, and lover of nature, Sarah-Jayne brings warmth, authenticity, and reverence to her work. She delights in walking beside others as they reclaim their strength, gifts, and unique path forward.
Sarah-Jayne also particularly enjoys and invites collaboration and partnership working, a skill she has from previous roles in local and central government projects.
