Hate to have to do this, but unfortunately I’ve had two cancellations this week from regular clients who forgot to let me know they couldn’t make their appointments.
Neither appointment had a deposit paid, and I’ve now been ignored regarding the cancellation fees. This has meant I’ve lost two full days of work this week…
So from now on, if you currently have an appointment booked and haven’t paid a deposit, you have 24 hours to do so. Any appointments without a deposit will be removed from my diary tomorrow morning. (Unless we have already pre-arranged a date for your deposit to be paid.)
This applies to absolutely everyone — regular clients, friends and family included.
I absolutely hate having to be strict, but I genuinely can’t afford to keep losing full days of work.

And one last thing… if you choose to be rude or disrespectful to me in my inbox because you don’t agree with my policies, I will simply block you from my page. I will always treat people with respect, but I expect the same in return.
I genuinely don’t need anyone’s unnecessary s**t in my life. My page, my business, my boundaries. Be nice or be blocked. Simple 😂🤍
