✨ TRAITS OF A POWERFUL PRACTITIONER - EMOTIONAL MATURITY

Power without emotional maturity becomes dangerous.

You can have all the gifts in the world, but if you haven't done the inner work, those gifts will only go so far.

And in the wrong moment, they can do more harm than good.

Emotional maturity is what keeps a session about the client.

It's what stops your triggers from becoming their burden. It's what allows you to hold space with steadiness, not performance.

This is the work behind the work. And it never really stops.

The belief that you shouldn't profit from your spiritual gifts is one of the most damaging things this industry has internalised.

It sounds humble. It feels noble. It's quietly responsible for keeping good practitioners broke and burnt out.

HERE’S THE TRUTH… 👀

Every other profession is allowed to be paid in proportion to the value they create.

Lawyers, surgeons, therapists, consultants. Nobody questions that they should profit from their training and their skill.

Spiritual practitioners get treated as if accepting money for our work somehow corrupts it.

As if the truest version of this is doing it for free, or for "energy exchange," or for whatever the client can afford.

I've watched too many talented practitioners run themselves into the ground operating from that belief.

The reframe I work with practitioners on is this: Your gifts are the entry point.

Your training, your time, your energetic capacity, your business infrastructure, your years of devotion - ALL those are what you're being paid for.

These are what allows the work to exist at all.

People don't come to a practitioner the way they'd Google something or book a service. They come because something brought them there.

Because they're ready to be seen, or they're finally tired of carrying something alone.

That's a different kind of trust to earn, and a different kind of responsibility to hold.

It's not built through credentials or content or how long your bio is. It's built through consistency.

Through being the same person in a session that you are everywhere else.

Through doing the work on yourself, not just the work with clients.
