After a major car accident, I’ll be stepping back from 1-1 personal training and sports massage therapy until I’ve made a full recovery which is devastating but necessary. I’ll still be online to support your wellness goals, and Elite Eats deliveries will continue twice weekly thanks to my brilliant team.

What a lovely surprise! Considering the torture I put my clients through. I’m honoured to have been nominated for an award through . It’s been a long road with many challenging moments, but having the wonderful community of Cheshire and the surrounding areas, has made it all worthwhile. Seeing you bring healthier habits into your homes and everyday lives is what makes moments like this so special.

I genuinely love what I do, and being able to work with people to better their lives is something I’m incredibly grateful for. I’m also so thankful to whoever nominated me for this award.
