September is Urology Awareness Month, and we’re highlighting the incredible work of our local Perinatal Pelvic Health teams. 💜

From pregnancy right through to your postpartum recovery, these specialist teams are here to help birthing people strengthen their pelvic floors, safely manage bladder or bowel incontinence, and recover comfortably after birth.

We know these topics can feel hard or uncomfortable to talk about, but support is available. Local services are easy to access, welcoming, and completely judgment-free.

If you or someone you know could benefit from pelvic health support, reach out to your midwife, GP, or local perinatal care team today. You don’t have to navigate it alone. ✨
