Courage isn't always loud. Sometimes, it looks like starting over, navigating unfamiliar systems, learning a new language or showing up each day despite uncertainty. This Refugee Week, we honour the strength and courage of refugee women and girls rebuilding their lives and communities.

🌈 LGBTQ+ Women's Health & Wellbeing 🌈

Pride Month is a time to celebrate, but it's also an opportunity to raise awareness of the challenges many LGBTQ+ women continue to face.

💜 1 in 5 le****ns have experienced discrimination.
💜 More than half of LGBTQ+ women don't feel represented in the media.
💜 Some LGBTQ+ women miss cervical screening appointments due to misinformation about who needs screening.

Everyone deserves to feel seen, respected and able to access the healthcare and support they need. That's why we offer wellbeing groups that create safe, welcoming spaces where women can connect and access support without judgement.

We're also passionate about promoting women's health and ensuring everyone has access to accurate information and resources. To learn more about women's health, wellbeing and our support services visit our Her Community group.

🌈 Together, we can help create a community where everyone feels they belong.
