We’re pleased to introduce our new quarterly Practice Newsletter. This will be shared every three months and will include key updates from the practice, service changes, health campaign information, and useful advice on how to access the right care at the right time. We hope it helps keep patients and our wider community informed about what’s happening at the practice and the improvements we’re making.

ollowing the temporary closure of Crewkerne Health Centre, Middle Path Surgery, to allow for urgent repairs back in September, we are pleased to confirm that the site will reopen on 3 November 2025. All necessary remedial works have now been completed, and we are able to resume normal operations.

Join the Patient Participation Group (PPG) – Crewkerne Health Centre

Crewkerne Health Centre is inviting patients and members of the local community to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

The PPG provides an opportunity for patients to work in partnership with the practice, offering feedback, sharing ideas, and supporting service development to help ensure our services reflect the needs of our patient population.

No prior experience is required. Members simply need an interest in contributing to the ongoing improvement of primary care services at Crewkerne Health Centre.

We are sorry to inform you that the planned contractual changes for Crewkerne Health Centre have been delayed. We now expect to complete this work later in the year and will update patients closer to the change. Services will now continue as normal, including online access via Anima and repeat prescriptions.
