As the summer starts to draw to a close, and autumn hoves into view, can I just remind everyone of the schedule of classes :

Tuesday afternoons, Talsarnsu, 1.30 till 3:00. We're in the hall behind the school.
Tuesday evenings, Penygroes, 6:30 till 8:00. Neuadd goffa on Snowdon Street.
Wednesday mornings Pentrefelin, 9.30 till 11.00. Y Ganolfan, on the right hand side, leaving the village heading to Porthmadog.
Wednesday evenings Llanbedrog, 6:30 till 8:00. The hall on Cae Hendy.
And Thursday evenings Criccieth, 6:30 till 8:00 in the Green Room, attached to the side of the memorial hall.

Beginners are always welcome 😊

Don't forget, next Sunday, the 23rd is Super Sunday. A chance for everyone from beginners to veterans to improve their tai chi skills.
The venue is Y Ganolfan, Pentrefelin. On the right hand side leaving the village heading to Porthmadog.
9.30 till 10.30 for beginners and anyone working on the form up to move 30. And open to anyone who's never been to a class before.
10.30 till 11.30 for intermediate and advanced members working on the form beyond 30.
11:30 till 12:30, feng shou. The martial application of the Lee style .
£5 for one session, or £10 for two or all three.

The next Super Sunday is on Sunday (obviously) the 23rd of August at Neuadd Pentrefelin

The format will be the same as last time.
9.30 till 10.30 for beginners and anyone working on the form up to move 30. This is also open to anyone who's never been to a class before.
10.30 till 11.30 for intermediate and advanced. We'll cover numbers in the form from 30 onwards.
11:30 till 12:30 the feng shou, this is the martial applications of the Lee Family system.

I'd like to thank everyone who attended today's Super Sunday classes at Neuadd Pentrefelin , especially those who stayed for all three sessions 😲.
Time went so fast, I didn't get chance to take any photos. It was great introducing feng shou during the last session.
The next one will be on 23rd of August, already looking forward to it. 😊

Sunday the 19th of July is Super Sunday at Neuadd Pentrefelin. 😊

9.30 till 10.30 for beginners and anyone working on early numbers of the form. Everyone welcome.

10.30 till 11.30 for intermediate and more advanced members. Numbers beyond 30 in the form.

11:30 till 12:30, Feng Shou. For anyone interested in learning the martial application of the Lee Family system

£5 for one session. £10 for 2 or all 3.

Super Sunday is a great opportunity for everyone , from beginners wanting to get a feel for the Lee Family system, to our more advanced members wanting to consolidate their knowledge.
