🚨MENB VACCINE WEEKLY DROP-IN CLINICS🚨

If you are still to receive your MenB vaccination please come along to one of our dedicated drop-in clinics this week, Tuesday 31 August to Friday 4 September, across Tayside.

GP Practices throughout Tayside are committed to providing patients with the highest quality care. They participate in a number of Protected Learning Time (PLT) sessions throughout the year which allows them to provide access to training for the whole practice team.

Most GP Practices throughout Tayside will be closed for routine appointments between 1-6pm today (Wednesday 2 September) to take part in PLT sessions.
Please be assured, access to urgent care for patients will continue throughout this time.

During those hours on Wednesday 2 September, GP practices will continue to be contactable by phone to access urgent care which cannot wait until the practice reopens the following morning or to make any future appointments or medication requests.

GP surgeries will resume their usual working hours again on Thursday 3 September.

Do you live in South Perthshire or Kinross-shire?

The Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership and Social Work Services are exploring the need for an Out of Hours Outreach Support Service, Test of Change Project, which would deliver support for people living in the area.

They are working to develop systems to meet local needs across Perth and Kinross for people aged 16 and over, around mental health and wellbeing, su***de prevention and substance use. The proposed service would provide support to individuals and their family members or friends who may be experiencing emotional overwhelm or crisis.

If you live in Crieff, Comrie, Auchterarder, Methven, Bridge of Earn, Glenfarg, Kinross, Milnathort, the Carse of Gowrie or surrounding areas, you can have your say on whether this service is needed and how it could be shaped.

Come along to one of the following drop-in sessions, enjoy a tea or coffee, and share your views:
