🍂 This Friday I invite you to join me The Yoga Shed Crieff for a deeply unique and relaxing sound bath.

This monthly gathering is an opportunity to leave your stresses from the week and welcome the weekend in a more tranquil state.

I’ll take you on a sonic journey which ebbs and flows between slow builds and expansive moments.

This months sound bath in this Friday 9th October
Starts at 7.30pm till 8.45pm and is £20 per person.

Just a little reminder that my online sound bath is on tonight. 
It starts at 9pm (UK) and goes for one hour.

Tomorrow evening, I’m back at The Yoga Shed in Crieff for my first sound bath after the summer 🤍

It is an invitation for you to get comfortable, settle in and spend a little time for yourself listening to the sounds. There’s nothing you need to be good at, and you’re welcome whether you’ve joined me before or are coming for the first time.

Sound journeys are coming back to The Yoga Shed in Crieff.

The first evening, takes place on Friday 11 September.

We’ll begin quietly, with time to arrive and settle, before moving into a longer journey with singing bowls, gong, drum, flute, voice and other sounds. Sometimes soft and spacious, sometimes deeper and more powerful, before gradually falling away into stillness.

You don’t need to meditate or clear your mind. There is nothing to get right. Just come as you are, lie down and give yourself some time away from the week.

Mats, bolsters, small pillows and eye masks are provided. No previous experience is needed.
