As part of our Branching Out program the participants are working towards their John Muir Award! Part of the criteria involves conservation tasks so we headed to the beautiful Comrie Woodland to remove vole guards from Birch trees!
We removed approximately 300 guards, and it was great to see the group get really stuck into the task, and there was lots of fun had amongst the young trees.
It was a wet but fun few hours and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking, so this made hard work more enjoyable πΏ
