Frequency of the Week - Flow 🌊

This morning at Curl Curl Beach, I looked up and saw a pod of dolphins moving effortlessly through the ocean together — playful, intuitive, and blessing me with their frequency of flow. The water was brilliant blue. The waves were dancing and the sun was sending down it's own waves of brilliance. 💙🌊🐬🌞🙏

Most days when I visit the beach I am graced with their presence and each time in perfect Diving Timing.

Dolphins do not force the current. They move with it. They trust the waves, trust each other, and trust the intelligence of the ocean carrying them.

This week, we are invited into that same frequency.

I invite you to drop into your Divine Heart. Take 3 deep inhales and longer, sweeter exhales. Invite the frequency of flow into your heart and field.

A frequency of:

ease over force

trust over control

presence over pressure

play over perfection

intuition over overthinking

fluidity and liquid light

Allow Flow to expand into your being and field. Allow a deep remembering of what it feels like to be in flow - your inner knowing of fluid alignment and ease.

Where in your life are you being asked to soften? To trust more deeply?

Dolphins also remind us to stay connected to joy, community, and the wisdom of our natural instincts. 🐬
