Sound & Night Sky sessions at beautiful Stargazer.

Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful sound bath in a unique setting in the North Norfolk Countryside, under cover of the beautiful Stargazer, immersed and surrounded by nature.

Time to enjoy the surroundings after sound, with tea and cake whilst we watch the skies and all the Mother Nature has to offer. Hungry Hill Meadow itself is such a peaceful spot with an abundance of wildlife and grazing animals. No cows this year but there are resident sheep who sometimes join us from their side of the fence!

Not to be missed. These sessions are always so popular and nearly always fully booked. All the details are on my website.

The magic of this place is hard to put into words, but it is something you can definitely feel. A chance to breathe, a space to settle, a place to really notice, to soften. Itā€™s no secret has my heart.

I was here last night for a private corporate sound bath. Once I was set up I just sat on the blue chair and took it all in. Watching the sheep in the meadow and hearing the wildlife around me, it was the most grounded I have felt in weeks. I am so blooming grateful I have the opportunity to offer sound here. Thank you so very much Jerry & Sue. What youā€™ve built here is wonderful in all ways. šŸ’•

Solstice offering from me this year will be something a little different. Something a little quieter and softer.

Iā€™ve been so fortune to have collaborated with some amazing practitioners and teachers over the last few years, but by the time the solstice is actually here, Iā€™m high on life but also completely shattered!

This yearā€™s offering will be a few days before the solstice itself, and will be limited to just this; a clifftop sound bath, surrounded by the elements. It feels like itā€™s exactly whatā€™s needed, to connect in all the ways that are important. To be slow and intentional, and take it all in.
