Change in plans - so I can't be at this lovely event in Wymondham tomorrow with my Salty Goodies. Do call-in if you are in the area. Always a wonderful event in this pretty Market Town. Lots of stalls, treatments, talks and workshops. Catch our friend Emrys Skye of giving a talk on Frequencies and how they can heal us in various ways and demonstrating his hand-made Frequency Tubes xx

I’m looking forward to spending this evening with a lovely group of people at our first Wellness event of the year. Pop-along to Trimingham's Village Hall this evening from 7pm to see what's on offer, try out some treatments, a little retail therapy, refreshments - in a warm and welcoming space ☺

New Year, New You! The first Winter Wellness Event is taking place next Friday, 13th February, from 7pm at Trimingham Village Hall. Come and have a chat, ask questions, relax in a warm friendly setting and enjoy refreshments too. Free entry and car parking too ☺

So happy to be back at The Halls in Norwich for the return of The Festival of Wellness at the end of August 😀 Can't wait! x
