I remember walking in to this open studio, surrounded by palm trees and nature, over looking the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Andaman Sea. The feeling of this place & the energy was sheer bliss & I hadn't even started the practice!!!! After my first practice of a gentle Hatha yoga, something was born, something ignited within, I wanted to learn more & go deeper into myself. From then on I

continued experiencing different styles, preferably attending Ashtanga. The more i practiced, the more I noticed I was transforming within myself, becoming more calm, connected, high on energy, yet at the same time grounded and gathered, along with my physically body, becoming more flexible & soft. Yoga has supported me though, depths of anxiety, grief, pregnancy, birth, and now the menopause. My MAT is my go to, practicing on a regular basis enables me to sustain a balance of mental & physical wellbeing. Through all of my teachings, Ive now created my own style combining practices that weave in with the seasons, leaning into the energies of the space, environment & light, enabling me to teach what I feel is right for that very moment, My inner knowing guides me, sharing a practice which is meant for the moment, enabling all to fully immerse into an embodied experience, leaving students connected, revitalised and whole. My YOGA sessions - Hatha Flow Vinyasa style Yoga, (spring / summer ) Soft restorative Yin, (autumn / winter ) are all Intuitively led, with a freestyle approach, Synchronising breath with movement, flowing from one asana (position) to another. "what comes - we practice"

60 mins of Grounding, Connecting & becoming one, with yourself and the Universe.

£7.50 per class

October - March/April are held at inside at the Cliftonville, Cromer. April /May outside at the pier, park, beach. Booking is required.

What is happening outside of you is often influenced by the meaning you give it through your thoughts, beliefs, and energy.

Thoughts are just thoughts. It is the attention and energy we give them that shapes our experience.

We live in a world full of distractions, noise, and distortions that can pull us away from our centre, the invitation is to become mindful of what you consume, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

Living at a higher frequency takes dedication, awareness, and conscious choices.
It isn’t about how much money you have or how successful you appear. True wealth is the energy you carry, the peace you embody, and the positive impact you have on others.

When we align with love, compassion, kindness, and truth, we create harmony within ourselves, around us & that energy ripples out into our families, communities, and the wider world.

If we want change, we must become the change.

Be the light.

Protect your energy.

Choose love over fear.

And remember, every conscious choice contributes to a more peaceful, harmonious world.

WHY WALKING BAREFOOT ON GRASS IS SO GOOD FOR YOU 🌿

Walking barefoot on grass isn’t just something that feels good, it can be incredibly nourishing for your mind and body too.

When your bare feet connect with the earth, you naturally slow down.
Your attention moves away from the noise of daily life and back into the present moment.

Yesterday I had the absolute joy of sharing my yoga practice with this beautiful bunch of humans our extended family from KSE 🪁 🌊

For many of them, it was their first ever taste of yoga, and wow… they didn’t just dip their toes in, they paddled straight out into it.
Fully open, fully present, fully feeling it.

One of the most special moments for me was during meditation, you could literally see the shift happening across their faces, softening, surrendering, arriving.
The space felt still in the most magical way, like everyone collectively exhaled at once.

What really stayed with me was this reminder that connection goes way beyond words & although I can’t speak Arabic, they were still able to follow my English, feel the energy of the practice, and completely lean into the experience.

Breath is a language.
Presence is a language.
Energy is a language.
Human connection is a language.

And yesterday, we all spoke it together..

And I truly believe we experience the depth of the practice when we gently step away from the outside world.

No pressure, no strict rules, just an invitation…

If you can, leave the phone to one side.
Take off the smartwatch.
Let go of tracking, recording, documenting.

For the time on the Mat, there is nothing to capture, Nothing to prove, Nowhere else to be.

Just you, your breath, and your body.

As teachers, I also feel this is something we can gently encourage more of…..
Creating spaces where presence is prioritised over performance.

Because how can we fully receive the practice if part of us is still looking outward?

Being out in nature, surrounded by the beauty and gifts of the earth, brings us back into alignment.
It invites a deeper connection, one that moves beyond the physical into something we may not always be able to explain, but can truly feel in the present moment.

Practising and learning outdoors opens a different space within us…

Our first born, my second love, a blessing that just keeps on giving.
time is passing by so quick, one minute receiving you into the world and next a young man before my eyes, the in between has been a beautiful journey filled with so many wonderful memories that i just feel so grateful for.
I am so incredibly proud to call you my son. To witness and watch the man you are becoming fills my heart in ways words can’t quite hold.

Keep being you… showing up to life the way you do, with your own strength, spirit, and truth.

Thank you for being my teacher, my inspiration, and such a steady light in my world.

I love you endlessly, enjoy your day celebrating 🥳✨  my Jackson 💙
