Happy Global Running Day 🏃‍♂️💚

We're blessed to have several talented practitioners that frequently run, as a form of exercise and to improve their wellbeing!

"I'm Looking forward to my first ultra marathon in just over two weeks, but today isn't really about the next race.

🌿 Meet Laura, one of our Massage Therapists at Oak Park Clinic :)

Laura is a passionate trail runner. From her first solo miles across heathland and through woodland, to completing a 50k ultra, a London Marathon, and even running in every country she visits, running is at the heart of who she is.

And it's exactly that experience as a runner that makes her such an exceptional therapist.

Laura knows first hand what regular running demands of your body. She knows the heavy legs, the ni**les that build up, the fatigue that creeps in between sessions.

Which is why she's such a strong believer that massage isn't just a treat — it's an essential part of staying consistent, staying injury free, and keeping you doing what you love.
