Today marks 3 years of Cross Hands Community First Responders.

Today we’re proud to celebrate 3 incredible years of serving our community. From responding to countless patients in their time of need to supporting people at some of their most difficult moments, our volunteers have been there—day and night.

We’re honoured to work alongside our partners in the emergency services, strengthening the chain of care and making a real difference where it matters most.

Over the past three years, we’ve also been humbled to receive recognition and awards that reflect the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our team.

Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, and partner who has been part of this journey. Here’s to continuing to serve, support, and save lives in our community.

Heddiw rydym yn falch iawn o ddathlu 3 mlynedd anhygoel o wasanaethu ein cymuned. O ymateb i gleifion di-ri yn eu hamser o angen i gefnogi pobl ar rai o adegau anoddaf eu bywydau, mae ein gwirfoddolwyr wedi bod yno—dydd a nos.

Rydym yn falch o weithio ochr yn ochr â’n partneriaid yn y gwasanaethau brys, gan gryfhau’r gadwyn ofal a gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol lle mae’n bwysig fwyaf.

Dros y tair blynedd diwethaf, rydym hefyd wedi cael y fraint o dderbyn gwobrau a chydnabyddiaeth sy’n adlewyrchu ymroddiad, tosturi a phroffesiynoldeb ein tîm.

Diolch i bob gwirfoddolwr, cefnogwr a phartner sydd wedi bod yn rhan o’r daith hon. Byddwn yn parhau i wasanaethu, cefnogi ac achub bywydau yn ein cymuned.

*Neges Ddwyieithog - Bilingual Message*

Heddiw ar Ddiwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod, rydym yn dathlu’r menywod anhygoel sy’n rhoi eu hamser, eu sgiliau a’u tosturi i wasanaethu eraill.

Ar draws ein cymunedau ac o fewn y gwasanaeth ambiwlans, mae menywod yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth ymateb i argyfyngau, cefnogi cleifion, a sefyll ochr yn ochr â chydweithwyr pan fo hynny bwysicaf.

O’n Ymatebwyr Cyntaf Cymunedol gwych i’r nifer fawr o weithwyr proffesiynol ar draws y gwasanaeth ambiwlans, mae eu hymrwymiad, eu cryfder a’u gofal yn gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol bob dydd.

Heddiw rydym yn eich cydnabod, yn eich gwerthfawrogi, ac yn eich dathlu.

🚑 A sore throat. A wobbly tooth. Mouthwash down the wrong way.
These are just some of the real 999 calls we received last year - calls that were not appropriate for the ambulance service. 62,454 out of 414,118 incidents, that’s one in every seven calls taking our teams away from people in life-threatening danger.
999 is for serious emergencies like cardiac arrest, stroke, major bleeding and unconsciousness. Help us protect our precious resources and use our service wisely.
👉 The NHS 111 Wales website should be your first port of call for advice and information, or you can call 111
👉 Pharmacists offer free advice and over-the-counter medicines for common ailments
👉 Minor injury units can deal with minor burns, bites and stings, as well as minor eye injuries
👉 Keep a well-stocked medicine cabinet for things which can be treated at home
