To get a tattoo in the UK you must be a minimum of 18 years old (not 16 with parental consent)

This has been the case since 1969

It is called "the tattooing of minors act 1969"

Here a Balamb Garden tattoo studio all clients are required to complete a consent form

Anyone who looks of a younger age will need to provide proof of age

The only proof that will be accepted is a government issued photographic id, ie a current driving licence or passport

Please do not be offended if a refusal is given if either cannot be produced

The repurcussions for myself for not taking proof is severe to say the least

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this is taken off the total amount at the finish of the tattoo

Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!

If you cancel your appointment within 3 days (72 hrs) of the booking your booking fee will be forfeit

If a deposit is not recieved 7 days before the appointment it will be put back up for availability

Rescheduling requires at least 3 days before your appointment, i am willing to move your booking fee 1 time, after that a new rescheduling will require another booking fee

Please note that saturdays are premium time & will cost more so please tell me before booking if it is a saturday u need

Alldayers (weekdays) - £300
Alldayers (saturdays) - £350
Minimum charge - £50

Deposits can be paid via cash at the studio or bank transfer, the remainder can be paid via cash on the day of the appointment
