🌿 Taking a break, together 🌿

This week, our team came together for a ‘Take a Break Together’ session, organised by Hollie as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

From sharing a relaxed lunch and exploring resources from the Mental Health Foundation, to learning more about tools like Alpha-Stim UK and adding our thoughts to the ‘Share Your Action’ space. It was all about creating time, space, and conversation around wellbeing.

Moments like these remind us that supporting mental health doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simply pausing, connecting, and checking in with one another.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped create such a thoughtful, supportive environment ✨

Mental Health Awareness Week 💜 | Taking Action

This week, there’s a lot of conversation about taking action — but when you’re already holding so much, action doesn’t need to be big.

A colleague said something to me years ago that has stayed with me: “Don’t forget to put your life jacket on too.”

For me, taking action often looks like stepping outside for a few quiet minutes — usually in the garden.

It’s so easy to put yourself last. Small moments of care for yourself matter .

What’s one small thing that helps you take a moment for yourself?
