I teach Yoga around Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. My style of teaching is a mix of Hatha Yoga and movement with breath, very much deepening a connection and understanding our bodies in a felt sense. This is so useful for calming our nervous system and dealing with stress and anxiety. I am influenced my many wonderful people, 1 being my anatomy yoga teacher Gary Carter who I see often to deepen

my knowledge. I spend some time in each class with breathing which I find helps to bring us back to our connection to our Selves and there is often laughter, and I encourage questions.

A little visitor joined us today.
Didn’t follow instructions apart from downface dog and savasana of course.
He loved watching everyone and really picked up on the vibe of the class and the sound of my voice 😘🐾 😄
Calm, curious, completely present.
Not a bad reminder of how to practise.

— it’s the subtle ones.
A bit more awareness
A bit more strength
A sense of support through the body in movement
And gradually, an easier feeling of standing a little more upright.
It all adds up.

A chance to reset yourself before Christmas.

This two-hour yoga workshop is a structured pause — time to settle, breathe, move, and let the body reset without effort or pressure.

We’ll move gradually from supported stillness into simple, rhythmic movement, finishing with rest.
