✨MY LAST POST 🥲 for a little while …. 🤰🏽 1 week until my little girl makes her appearance into this world so taking this sacred time to prepare and rest. I want to take this opportunity to thank every beautiful person who has come into my life through SOMA ZEN. My business has been my life’s purpose over the years. I’ve learnt & grown so much.

I want to end this chapter on a high and leave you with this AMAZING testimonial from a client who I’ve been supporting since January. My heart was so full when I read this yesterday as it just shows how transformative this work can be. Everything we want to achieve in our lives all comes down to the capacity of our nervous system.

🥳THE NEWS🥳 I have finally & officially qualified as a 160-hr Trauma-informed Somatic Teacher and Coach© for Women 🥲 2 years of hard work all woven together just beautifully. I am ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON 🥰

Professional accreditation by YA & ACCPH Level 4 Diploma (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) giving me the credibility and confidence to move forward in my business with.

🌱 In 2023, I became a certified trauma-informed coach to help people more deeply. After much research and wanting to expand beyond talk based approaches, I decided to invest in this 3k life changing course in March 2024. Diving into fascia, somatic movement, shadow work, trauma integration, and the wisdom of the body.

🌹Not only has this course given me life long skills to support women through trauma and return to their wholeness, it supported me to return to mine too. I started this journey because of birth trauma PTSD and because of what I have learnt, I’ve made a full circle about to give birth.
💛The safety, the trust, the connection in my body.. something that once felt impossible has been rebuilt through this work.

🌻Part of the final portfolio, I had to design a 6-10 week course I could launch within my business. I created a beautiful 8 week journey called “Befriending the Body: A Somatic Education Journey for those Living with Chronic Health & Pain Conditions using the Wisdom of the Body & the 5 Elements.”
