ParkBathe is coming to West Harrow Park! Thursday 21st May 6pm
If you don’t already know us - we are a small but mighty community-powered forest bathing project providing FREE (yes !) 1-hour guided, mindful walks in local parks.
And we are coming to West Harrow Park to provide you lovely people with a restorative, after-work slow down for an hour.
You will learn simple sensory techniques to reset your nervous system, notice natural details that make you feel weirdly calm, and generally kiss any stress or anxiety goodbye.
Don’t believe it? Our peer-reviewed published paper saw a 40% reduction in anxiety and 50% reduction in overthinking and forest bathing (otherwise known as Shinrin Yoku in Japan) is prescribed to around 5 million people a year to lower stress.
97% of our 1,200 attendees since 2021 feel more relaxed after an hour with us.
Enough data?
So, what is it? A ParkBathe walk is the most simple thing in the world - but you don’t do it. It’s a guided, slow, silent stroll. Yep. Not a walk and talk, not a nature ramble...
It’s possibly something you have never done before.
ParkBathe Mindful Walks operates in 12 different parks in SE London providing over 120 free peer-led sessions a year.
Do you want us in Harrow too supporting your wellbeing?
Then come along and tell us and your parks team on Thursday May 21st at West Harrow Park.
Booking essential as small adult group - email [email protected] or drop us a line if you want to come.
