We’re here to help identify those in our community at risk of hypertension. Book an appointment or walk in to have your blood pressure checked, receive healthy living advice, and, if necessary, be referred to a healthcare professional.

👥 Who Can Access This NHS-funded Service?
- Adults 40+ without a hypertension diagnosis.
- Adults under 40 with a family history of hypertension (pharmacist discretion).
- Adults aged 35-39 who self-request (subject to pharmacist discretion and availability).

🚫 Exclusions: This service isn’t available for those already monitored by your local GP.

📅 Take charge of your health and have your Blood Pressure checked.

Please remember to:

- Wear a hat and sunglasses.

- Seek shade when the sun is strongest.

- Use a broad-spectrum sun cream with a suitable SPF.Reapply regularly, especially after swimming, sweating, or towelling.

A few simple steps can help protect you and your family while you enjoy the sunshine safely. Pop into the pharmacy if you’d like advice on choosing the right sun protection for you and your family.
