Good morning lovely people.
I’m thinking of running a Mabon/ Autumn Equinox circle on 21/22 September.
A celebration of the season with a poem, a Baba Yaga meditation, oracle cards and we could throw some NADA in there too. Just putting it out there to see if anyone’s up for it. Ideally £20 each but also on a ‘pay what you can’ so people don’t feel excluded. What do you think?🤔 ❤️✨🍁🍂 #❤️✨🍁🍂

Tonight is the Buck Moon, so called in Native American tradition after the time of year when male deer, or bucks, rapidly grow a fresh set of new antlers covered in velvet.

This summer full moon has several other names: Thunder Moon: Named for the frequent summer storms that occur during this month. Hay Moon: Named after the traditional July hay harvest. Berry Moon: marking the peak fruit-picking season. Salmon Moon: Referencing the time rivers overflow with fish.

The name originates from Native American traditions, which used full moons as a seasonal calendar system to track changes in nature. In July, the antlers of male deer grow exceptionally fast while covered in a soft, protective layer of velvet

This summer full moon has several alternative names:Thunder Moon: Referencing the frequent summer storms common during the month of July. Hay Moon: Marking the peak window for harvesting summer hay. Berry Moon or Raspberry Moon: Used by indigenous communities to celebrate the ripening of wild summer fruit.
