Job Alert! We're looking for RMN/RNLD/RGMs to cover a range of opportunities in Cardiff, Newport and other locations across Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🩺 ⭐️

Key skills required:
- Assessing the patients on admission, as well as on a regular basis throughout.
- Developing care plans of nursing care requirements and treatments.
- Building trust and therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Administering medication as prescribed by the doctors.
- Monitoring physical health and wellbeing, and progress of patients.
- Writing and updating patient records.
- Assessing treatment success at case conferences and meetings.
- Ensuring correct documentation of patient care and all other legal documentation are in order.
- Giving advice and arranging support for patients and their relatives, carers, and visitors.
- Liaising with doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide professional and clinical leadership, support and guidance, ensuring the planning and delivery of care is safe and effective.
- Ability to delegate and plan your workload well.
- Working in accordance to the NMC code of professional conduct and relevant professional guidelines.
- Have effective communication and uphold the highest standard of care at all times.

Also:
- You must have an active pin
- Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to be adaptable to situations that may arise.
- Minimum of one year’s nursing experience.
- Experience of shift leading is desirable although not essential.

Timesheets will need to be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday 27th December for payment on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 and as usual by 2pm on Tuesday 2nd January for payment on Friday 5th January 2024.
