Just wanted to share what I’ve been working on behind the scenes, I’ve recently completed sound bath training and just waiting to finish a couple of written assessments before I start to run monthly classes but I will keep yous updated.
What is sound bath
It is the use of sound, music or vibration to help bring the body & mind into a state of balance & harmony, the vibrations help shift energy, release tensions & support your natural ability to heal.
What happens in a sound bath
You lie down or sit comfortably whichever feels right for you, a typical sound bath will start off with a guided meditation to help you relax before you are surrounded by soothing sounds & vibrations, that washes over your body, helping you to relax, release & receive.
