JULY OFFER!

It's far too hot in my treatment room for anything to be relaxing at the moment so I'm bringing the treatment to you!

For Darlington and surrounding areas I'm offering mobile Indian Head Massage appointments (with the option to add some reiki onto the end of your treatment).

This is a seated treatment so I'll only have to bring a chair with me and won't be clanging my big clunky treatment bed off all your furniture!

Storytelling is more than speaking...

It’s remembering, connecting, and reclaiming the parts of ourselves we forget in the rush of daily life.

When one woman shares, she isn’t just offering her experience; she’s offering a mirror 🪞

Through her words, others see pieces of their own journey reflected back.This is why storytelling matters so deeply ❤️

Not because every story is dramatic 🎭
Not because every share must be painful ❤️‍🩹
But because every voice carries wisdom 🦉

When we listen to each other, we learn:

✨Identification — “I’m not the only one who feels this.”
✨Perspective — “There are other ways to move through this.”
✨Compassion — “Her story softens something in me.”
✨Collective wisdom — “We grow faster together than we ever could alone.”

When we only share our most painful experiences, we unintentionally narrow the space.

We make it seem as though only suffering is worthy of being spoken aloud.

But women’s circles thrive when we also share:

🌸the small victories
🌸the quiet realisations
🌸the moments of joy
🌸the lessons learned from everyday life
🌸the stories that don’t hurt, but still matter
🌸Because healing doesn’t only come from releasing pain — it also comes from witnessing possibility.

Your story might be the one that helps another woman feel seen.

Her story might be the one that helps you understand yourself more clearly.

And together, these stories weave the fabric of belonging. A women’s circle is not a place to perform.

It’s a place to be human.

And when we share from that place — honest, grounded, real — we create a space where every woman can find herself, learn from others, and feel the strength of community rising beneath her.

While I work on finding a new venue for monthly circles, you can experience a taster of this at Whimsickal at Sacred Storytelling & Crafting at the Craic Den on Saturday 27th June 15:30-16:30.

Metatrons Methods (Angelic Reiki) 5th & 6th September

Angelic Reiki Practitioner Workshop (Level 1&2) 23rd - 25th October

Reiki Level 2 - Okuden (21st & 22nd Nov)

Usui Reiki can be done 1:1 or in small groups ✨🙌🏼

Angelic Reiki will be taught with a minimum of two people 🪽🙌🏼

All workshops followed by ongoing support and plenty of opportunities for Reiki shares to further your experience and build on confidence 🙏🏼

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that aims to alleviate stress, promote relaxation and support overall well-being through the transfer of universal life force energy.

This weekend workshop covers Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho: Okuden AKA Level 2 (Practitioner).

You will learn:
Introduction to the Reiki Symbols
Distance Healing
Deepen your connection and understanding
Setting up as a business
Practice sessions
Attunements to work with the energy
and more....

You'll receive a handy guidebook and a certificate too, as well as opportunities to gain further experience with with regular CDP sessions and reiki shares as the learning never stops!

YAY!!

That's my tax return done for another year!

This is part of the job I really didn't think about when I ventured down this road! (Who does?!)

The mantra throughout:

I will earn my living honestly 🙏🏼

Definitely my least favourite task 😅 but the relief when it's over for another 12 months is phenomenal! 😌

Time to relax for another 364 days 😂🙏🏻✨
