In 2007 I got rid of the dreadful pain of osteoarthritis from my knees, using Reiki. Two years later, in June 2009, I started setting up my Reiki Ken practice. Since then with Reiki I have helped over 220 clients with their various health issues. (See the Testimonials page of my website, www.reikiken.com.) I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the regulatory body of the UK's complementary therapists. (See the Who is Reiki Ken? In 2017 I started teaching Reiki. With Covid-19 came the first UK lockdown in March 2020, and at that point I changed from offering contact Reiki to the people of Co Durham, North Yorkshire and Tyneside to offering distant Reiki to anyone in the world. At that point I suspended my teaching practice. Now that we here in the UK are starting to emerge from the restrictions of lockdown, I will continue doing distant Reiki only, and will no longer do contact Reiki.
