Snippets from last week.
Three days of teaching Reiki Master Teacher Shinpiden to an incredible student. It was an absolute joy to share and witness such growth. Followed by a trip out at the weekend to Swaledale and Wensleydale. The tree energy was off the scale.

Sharing for all of my lovely followers, small business owners and friends. As a therapist myself, I know how much we pour into our practice and how little time we spend telling people about it. My daughter-in-law June runs a marketing consultancy and she’s just launched a workshop designed to help.

It’s called Build Marketing Confidence - a 3-hour online session for small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but struggle to talk about it. She’ll cover how to find the right clients, what to say and where, and how to plan content without it taking over your life. She will also do an introduction to using AI to save you time.
