I am delighted to be offering my next Reiki Two training workshop in Darlington on 11th & 12th July 2026, and there is now just one place left available.

Reiki Two is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your connection to Reiki energy, strengthen your intuition, learn the sacred Reiki symbols and distance healing techniques, and continue your personal and spiritual development.

Sharing for all of my lovely followers, small business owners and friends. As a therapist myself, I know how much we pour into our practice and how little time we spend telling people about it. My daughter-in-law June runs a marketing consultancy and she’s just launched a workshop designed to help.

It’s called Build Marketing Confidence - a 3-hour online session for small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but struggle to talk about it. She’ll cover how to find the right clients, what to say and where, and how to plan content without it taking over your life. She will also do an introduction to using AI to save you time.
