One week today we’ll be heading out on the water for our Ladies Only Beginners Paddleboarding Session at Mote Park Watersports Centre… and there are just TWO spaces left! 💕

I’ve spent the last few days in beautiful Lanzarote, finalising plans, researching, and getting everything organised for our September Pilates Retreat. 🌴☀️

I’ve been sharing lots of photos from the trip and I’ve been overwhelmed by the number of messages asking for details and expressing interest in joining us. Thank you so much! 💙

Unfortunately, our September Retreat is already FULLY BOOKED. It actually sold out within just two days of being released earlier this year to our Retreat Priority List, which is incredible.

We do have a waiting list for September, so if you’d like to be added, please get in touch.

For everyone who has asked about future retreats, we are planning a One Day Pilates Retreat later this year, and of course we’re already looking ahead to future retreat opportunities in 2027 💛

From Monday we’ll be incorporating foam rollers and gentler movement to help you stay cool, comfortable and still enjoy your session and the benefits of Pilates ✨
