This weekend filled my cup in the best possible way. ✨
Just a snippet 🎞️📸

I started by supporting a friend at her Vibe Out Saturday night cold plunge and sauna event, surrounded by people stepping outside their comfort zones and prioritising their wellbeing.

Sunday I then attended a women in business networking event where we shared yoga , breathwork, conversations and connections. Being in a room full of inspiring women who have taken the leap to follow their passions was such a powerful reminder of how far I’ve come. There was a moment where I looked around and thought, “I belong here.” As a self-employed woman building a business that supports other women, I felt incredibly proud.

To finish the weekend, I hosted a KPH Social with Pilates .kph , meditation and sound healing . A chance to slow down, reset and reflect as we move into the second half of the year, under the energy of the full moon and surrounded by an amazing community.

What stood out most was the support. Women supporting women. Sharing ideas, lifting each other up, celebrating each other’s successes and creating spaces where people feel seen and valued.

My heart is full, my mind is inspired, and I’m feeling so grateful for every woman I crossed paths with this weekend. ✨

Here’s to community, connection, courage and continuing to follow the dreams that light us up.✨

A new month. A new week. A Monday.

If you’re anything like me, there’s something magical about the start of the month on a Monday, and June feels like a mini reevaluation.

We’re stepping into the second half of the year, making this the perfect time to reflect on the goals, dreams and intentions you set back in January.
What have you achieved?
What have you forgotten about?
And
what do you still want to call into your life before the year ends?

With the recent full moon encouraging us to release what no longer serves us, June invites us to let go of what’s holding us back and create space for new opportunities, habits, growth and manifestations.

Why not choose one thing to focus on this month?

✨ Move your body more
✨ Drink more water
✨ Prioritise rest
✨ Try something new
✨ Make more time for yourself

Small changes, done consistently, can create big results.

Whether it’s a massage, a retreat, a sunrise hike. it’s these small moments of life that make life feel special.

Adding that life to your days will also look so different to everyone.

Mine is traveling and going too and hosting wellness events and being out in nature and having that human interaction connection. Making sure I do some form of physical activity each day it could be the gym, running, Pilates, hiking. Exercise really does add a little sprinkle ✨ of life to your days and it can also be a free experience, it doesn’t have to also cost money to add a sprinkle ✨ of life to your days.

Take a moment to sit with yourself ask yourself these questions ✨

Repeat this as many times as you need to, I personally try and check in with my wellbeing on a Sunday to rest for the week ahead.

But as of today 11/05/26 I’ve just had a HARD Reset like switch off the computer and switch it back on moment in my life✨, made some big changes already this year and some more have just been launched 🚀 so I’m writing it here to hold myself accountable.

The 3 Towers Challenge = A True Lancashire Adventure with KPH Community ✨🥾

Take on a 25-mile (40km) guided hike across the breathtaking West Pennine Moors, as we complete the iconic Three Towers Challenge. Starting at Jubilee Tower in Darwen, we’ll make our way to Rivington Pike, before finishing at the historic Peel Tower on Holcombe Moor.

This one-day route showcases the best of East Lancashire’s landscapes from sweeping moorland and peaceful woodlands to rolling valleys and hidden trails. With an elevation gain of around 3,775ft this challenge delivers a full day of scenic variety, natural beauty, and physical achievement.

Expect:
• Moorland paths, country lanes, woodland trails, and the occasional boggy stretch
• Stunning panoramic views and proper Northern charm
• An unforgettable day of connection, movement, and challenge

What’s Included:
• Small group guided walk led by supportive leaders ( me 🙋🏽‍♀️ Katelyn ) & Gemma 🙋🏻‍♀️
• Fully planned route, no need to worry about navigation
• Support vehicle with snacks and encouragement along the way
• Great company and a big sense of achievement
• Natural energy drink fuelled by

This is a full-day challenge, with 12+ hours on foot, so a good base level of fitness is essential.

This May, Come Back to YOU
If you’ve been pouring from an empty cup🪫, running on autopilot, or simply feeling disconnected this is your reminder: YOU matter too 🔋💫

May is the perfect time to slow down, step away from the noise, and create space for your own wellbeing.

You don’t have to have it all figured out 🤯. You just need a moment to breathe. To feel. To pause.

This month, give yourself permission to:
• Rest without guilt
• Say no without explaining
• Reconnect with what lights you up inside

Even the smallest act of self-care is a powerful step back home to yourself ⚡️

You haven’t lost yourself you’ve just been putting yourself last.
But that changes NOW.

Let May be your fresh start. You are worthy of the same love and energy you give so freely to others.

I’m personally ready to reconnect to my creative side it’s coming back 🙌🏽✨ my head fell off for a minute but it’s firmly back on 🙋🏽‍♀️ switched up my whole routine of life.
