🌿 Exciting news — Darwen Acupuncture Clinic is moving! 🌿

Following the announcement that the furniture shop will be closing, I’m pleased to let you know that the clinic has found a lovely new home.

From Monday 28th September, I’ll be based inside Darwen Community Helpers — just a few doors down from my current location, so I’m not moving far!

This is a really positive move for the clinic. The new treatment room is slightly bigger and offers improved accessibility, including access to a stairlift.

All appointments and treatments will continue as usual, and I’ll share further information and directions nearer the time.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you into the new treatment room! 💜

Great news

🎉 Huge news for the acupuncture community! 💫

The four-month blood donation deferral following an acupuncture treatment is being removed, provided the treatment was carried out by a fully qualified and registered practitioner.

This is a significant and welcome recognition of the high standards of safety and professionalism that qualified acupuncturists uphold every day. It also means more people who receive acupuncture may now be eligible to donate blood, helping to strengthen the UK's blood supply 🩸

One of the things I love most about my work is seeing the difference acupuncture can make.

🌿 Treatment Price Update 🌿

Dear Clients,

I would like to let you know that from 1st September 2026, there will be a treatment price update across all services at Darwen Acupuncture Clinic.

This decision has been made following careful consideration.

Over the past year, I have continued to invest in my professional development, undertaking extensive additional training to further develop my knowledge and skills. This ongoing commitment enables me to continue providing the highest standard of care while ensuring my treatments remain evidence-informed and tailored to each individual.

Some of this training has already enhanced the care I provide today, while other exciting new treatments and services will be introduced over the coming months as they are completed and launched.

Like many small businesses, the cost of running the clinic has also continued to increase. Updating my treatment prices will allow me to continue investing in training, equipment and the future development of the clinic, while maintaining the high standard of care that I strive to provide for every client.

💚 Appointments booked and attended before 1st September 2026 will be charged at the current prices.

The updated treatment prices will be available in the clinic and through my online booking system before they come into effect.
