Just reflecting on Medi8 Therapy being a finalist in the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. It’s a great achievement and something I’m genuinely proud of.

This is just as true in relationships. Sometimes you need a bit of space to stop, talk things through and understand what’s really going on between you. Having someone impartial to listen, help you both reflect and see things from each other’s perspective can make a real difference.

That’s a big part of what we do at medi8. 🟠🔵

Sometimes we all need a bit of space to think.

Counselling can be a chance to talk things through and explore what’s going on in your life.

It might be something that’s been on your mind for a while, a change you’re trying to navigate or wanting to make sense of how you’re feeling.

Having someone to listen and help you reflect can make a real difference.

Thank you to Stuart Andrew for Daventry, the UK’s Shadow Secretary of State for Health, for meeting me in today to discuss wellbeing across our communities.

We talked about the work being delivered through to help people lead healthier, more active lives, the relationship support available to local residents through Medi8, and the positive community impact of in bringing people together through sport.

It was a valuable opportunity to highlight the challenges and opportunities facing community health and wellbeing, and to showcase the work being carried out across Daventry and Northamptonshire to support people of all ages.

In addition we discussed the upcoming Northamptonshire Business Awards. Thank-you for your support.

As someone who supports people with their wellbeing, I know how important it is to have honest conversations about mental health. Stuart speaks openly, passionately and with real authenticity about anxiety, helping people better understand it and feel less alone.

Great to attend the Health & Wellbeing Event hosted by today.

I caught up with some fantastic organisations, and made several new contacts that I’m looking forward to working with in the future.

It’s always encouraging to see so many people and services coming together to support people across our local communities.

Looking forward to some exciting collaborations ahead and exploring how Medi8 Therapy can work alongside other organisations to improve wellbeing and strengthen relationships.
