I spent years yo yo dieting, menopause and an underactive thyroid hampered my weightloss .... or so I thought, then one day I realised they were just excuses!!
Excuses because I hadn't found a plan that gave me accountability, commitment and consistency.
However I found a plan that gave me the tools that have helped me increase muscle mass, decrease visceral fat, lower metabolic age and increased energy, so at 58 I now feel more energised, healthier and happier than I did in my 30's and 40's.
Because of this I decided to become a Wellness Coach and I absolutely love what I do, helping others achieve there goals.
