Are you pregnant and wondering about how breastfeeding might go?

Do you feel like you have questions and no one to ask? Or would you like to talk through a previous breastfeeding experience?

Are you hearing all the negative stories of difficult breastfeeding journeys and need some balance to the conversation?

My antenatal breastfeeding course is a comprehensive 2.5 hr online webinar. You can digest it in your own time with your birth partner or anyone who's going to be supporting you postpartum.
PLUS you have the option of a 1-2-1 chat with me afterwards to help answer any questions you have and discuss anything you want about feeding choices.

Sliding scale £30/£40/£50 (self directed and offered to increase accessibility/ payment plans are an option too)

3 Step Rewind

An opportunity to release unwanted physical and/or emotional responses to a previous experience or memory.

I trained to deliver this process as I wanted a tool to help families move forward from a birth or breastfeeding experience that had been traumatic for them.

The process uses deep guided relaxation. You don't have to DO anything, simply listen to my voice and make yourself comfortable for the relaxations.

Last weekend I ran one of my small group antenatal courses for 3 lovely pregnant couples.

They spent 2 long mornings with me over last weekend, where we went through a full antenatal birth course - talking about physiological birth and optimising hormones, choices we will be offered, decision making and rights in the birth space. As well as learning about hynpobithing as a tool and the power of our brain within the birth space.
