Why I chose to stick to one thing only: Helping Clients Move Away From Pain. It’s not because it’s easy, it’s because it’s fascinatingly complex.
Pain isn’t just about tight muscles. It’s about posture, structure, biomechanics, adaptations, old injuries, accidents, surgeries, the nervous system, lymphatics, vital organs, cranial issues, spinal restrictions, sleep, scars, emotions, stress, trauma, it’s rarely just one thing.
When I’m working with a client, I’m noticing what their body is saying — even when their words don’t match.
I’m watching how they sit, stand, move, breathe, protect certain areas… and always listening for the things they don’t say out loud.
It takes a multi-system approach, patience, curiosity, and above all — trust.
That therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is where the real magic happens.
For me, specialising in pain relief isn’t limiting — it’s limitless.
Every client has their own story, their own unique history that led them to where they are today and their own individual puzzle to solve, and when someone walks out moving freely again… well, that’s the best feeling in the world for both of us 🥰
