Why I chose to stick to one thing only: Helping Clients Move Away From Pain. It’s not because it’s easy, it’s because it’s fascinatingly complex.

Pain isn’t just about tight muscles. It’s about posture, structure, biomechanics, adaptations, old injuries, accidents, surgeries, the nervous system, lymphatics, vital organs, cranial issues, spinal restrictions, sleep, scars, emotions, stress, trauma, it’s rarely just one thing.

When I’m working with a client, I’m noticing what their body is saying — even when their words don’t match.
I’m watching how they sit, stand, move, breathe, protect certain areas… and always listening for the things they don’t say out loud.

It takes a multi-system approach, patience, curiosity, and above all — trust.
That therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is where the real magic happens.

For me, specialising in pain relief isn’t limiting — it’s limitless.

Every client has their own story, their own unique history that led them to where they are today and their own individual puzzle to solve, and when someone walks out moving freely again… well, that’s the best feeling in the world for both of us 🥰

Do you p*e more when you drink more water? This reveals so much about how your body is coping and can be an underlying reason for so many symptoms - fatigue, headaches, aches/pains, low mood, low energy, brain fog, bloating, poor digestion, slow wound healing.

We’ve slowly become a nation of functionally dehydrated people.

We're super busy, stressed, overwhelmed, drinking more water in these crazy heatwaves but not actually hydrating. We've also been trying to fix a multitude of symptoms with the latest "can't live without" supplements instead of addressing the foundation.

There’s a simple physiological link we’ve been missing. Flick through — this might tick far more symptom boxes than you expect.🧐
And Ladies going through the Menopause, you really need to read this too.

Here's your annual reminder that your mum cannot be everything to everyone if she’s running on empty (which she probably is).

Give your mum something special, the gift she really needs but probably wouldn’t ask for - 60 or 90 minutes of BLISS because when mum sleeps better and can race through the day with no aches and pains, everyone benefits.

And if you’re a mum reading this, give your kids a nudge to send you my way this Mothers Day 💗

Helloooo Spring… my absolute favourite season 🌸🌿
So, I’ve been a little quiet on here because I’ve been busy doing what I do best… helping people out of pain and back to sleep.

Already this year, I’ve treated pain in pretty much every part of the body:

Frozen shoulder & Rotator cuff injuries
Low back & neck pain causing limited range of movement
Headaches & migraines
Whiplash
Spinal issues: Cervical & Spinal Stenosis, Scoliosis & Hip Pain
Burnout & high stress

If it’s causing pain, chances are I’ve seen it and can treat it.

I listen, I hear you, I see how you move and I get what you’re living with.

If you’re tired of living with pain or wondering if I can help, get in touch, you can find me in Delamere Forest 🌿

More Sleep. Less Pain.

After a treatment I very often hear:
“I can’t believe I can move my neck this far to the left/right!”
or
“My back actually bends again!”
“My hips don’t feel stuck anymore!”

People get so used to their restrictions that they start believing they’re normal. They forget there was a time when they didn’t wake up stiff, when their body moved freely, when turning their head didn’t feel like an effort.

You weren’t born with a stiff neck, locked-up hips, or a back that doesn’t like bending. These things crept in slowly—stress, posture, injury, surgery, life—your body slowly adapted and you learned to live with it.

But restriction isn’t normal.
Pain isn’t normal.
Feeling stuck isn’t normal.

Your body hasn’t forgotten how to move—you need someone like me to remind it.

If you want to feel more like you again, get in touch, this is what I do 🥳

Teachers: the unsung superheroes of 2025: Win a FREE TREATMENT: 60mins of BLISS.

It's only when you know a teacher that you realise just how broken the system is.

Our teachers show up each day for our children but they’re working within a system that’s simply not built for the reality they’re now facing. Class sizes are rising, budgets keep shrinking, targets are increasing, staff numbers are dwindling, class preparation continues to be incredibly difficult, and expectations from (some) parents and all local authorities have gone through the roof.

With not enough SEND schools or specialist staff, teachers are left to juggle 30 completely different learners — all learning in their own way, at their own pace, with their own challenges and in a system that continually fails to support them.

Our teachers are expected to perform multiple roles each day whilst still trying to shape the future of young minds: they're expected to be an educator, counsellor, behaviour specialist, social worker, emotional anchor ... the list keeps growing and keeps moving away from the one thing they trained to be, A Teacher.

Added to this is our constantly evolving modern day life which is forcing our children and young people to grow up in a world that’s noisier, busier, and more stressful than ever.
Kids are dealing with anxiety, overstimulation, social media pressures, online bullying and exposure to things they should not be seeing, they are dealing with constant comparison, not enough downtime or sleep and to add insult to injury, they are also subject to modern day family stress.

If so many of us grown ups are trying to cope and get by in a world that has forgotten how to switch off, how do we really know what this is doing to our children? As a parent myself, I'm struggling at times to understand my young son's world and the difficulties he is and will be facing as he continues to make his way in life.

Teachers are having to navigate all of these things daily that go far beyond what they ever signed up for, filling every gap the system can’t, and it is for this reason that I want to give every teacher out there a massive THANK YOU for showing up each day for the sake of our children.

You really are ALL doing an incredible job in incredibly tough times.

As a small way of saying thank you, I want to give a little something back to one of these superheroes: A Gift Voucher for 60 minutes of Bliss.

You can nominate yourself (if you are a teacher) or nominate a teacher you know who deserves recognition this festive season (pop names in the comments)

For my regular clients working in education, I’d like to offer you a 20% discount on your pre-Christmas appointment. All I ask is that you like or share this post.

Thank you to each and everyone of you that continues to work in the Education Sector😊

Pain changes everything: the way we hold ourselves, the way we move, sit, and stand. Sometimes we’re aware of it, sometimes we don’t see it until someone else points it out (usually our partner telling us to “stand up straight” or “stop leaning to one side!”)

Body parts not moving as they should &/or poor posture isn't always due to getting older, it's probably because you ignored an issue that started way back.

If you or someone you know has recently told you to stand up straight or stop leaning to one side then it's time to see me 🤓

Hey ladies… it’s OUR day! 🎉 World Menopause Day! 🎉
WOOHOO — apparently it’s something to celebrate!

You know… the hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, anxiety, mood swings, crap sleep, zero patience, turning into a woman possessed. 🔥😅

I’m 51, officially menopausal… and apparently, this is me now — menopausal for the rest of my life. How exciting! 🥳👊💪

But jokes aside, menopause isn’t just a phase you “get through.” It’s a full hormonal and brain reboot that affects everything — mood, energy, sleep, pain levels, you name it. I mean, as if periods weren't bad enough, now this 🤬

So today, I’m not celebrating the symptoms (they can trot on).
I’m celebrating the women navigating it — with humour, resilience, and a fan in every handbag.

To all of the beautiful, strong ladies who’s thinking, “Is it hot in here or is it just me losing the will to live and losing my mind?” — we're not alone, and we’re definitely not crazy. 💛

“So… what do you actually do?” It’s a question I get asked all the time. And honestly — it’s hard to squeeze into a neat little job title, because what I do isn’t exactly mainstream or traditional.

I'm a combination of a:
* Pain detective
* Nervous system whisperer
* Trauma-aware bodyworker
* Clinical reasoning ninja
* Stress and anxiety decoder
* Problem solver for complex cases
* A bridge between science & soul

So what do I do?
I help people feel human again 💛 This is where I shine 🌞
