You aren't building willpower. You're building resentment.

You’re building up a massive amount of internal pressure, and that pressure is guaranteed to backfire.

In fact, it’s probably backfiring while you’re still sitting in that community hall.

You’re waiting for your turn on the scales, already scrolling through Just Eat, ordering the Chinese before the stranger with the clipboard has even said a word to you.

Because it doesn’t matter what the scale says. If it’s down, you "deserve" it. If it’s up, you’ve "failed" anyway, so what’s the point?

That’s not a health journey. It’s a performance. And it’s exhausting.

True consistency doesn't come from fear of judgment. It comes from self-trust.

Inside the 8-Week Re-wire, we dismantle that performance and build a foundation that actually lasts. No "f**k-it" buttons required.

Comment below: "REWIRE" and I’ll send you the details for the next intake starting July.

I didn't choose the rules. I didn't ask for the "good" vs "bad" food labels. I just watched, absorbed, and eventually, I lived them.

This is what I call passive dieting.

It’s the disordered relationship with food that gets passed on to our kids by proxy. They don’t need to be on a diet to learn how to diet. They just need to watch us.

They watch us pace the kitchen with a rulebook. They hear us call ourselves "bad" for eating a biscuit. They see the cycle of hope on Monday and defeat by Friday.

For years, I thought my weight was the problem. It wasn't. The problem was the system I’d been trained to follow since I was a kid. A system I was destined to repeat until I chose to break it.

If you’ve spent your life fighting the same battle I did, losing and gaining the same few stone, you need to know something:

Whether we like it or not, our kids are watching, listening and copying everything we do...

From the way we talk about food, to the way we act around it.

I stopped fighting the weight and started tackling the source. That’s why I haven’t looked back since 2016.

This is exactly what we do inside the 8-Week Re-wire. We don't "diet" harder. We unlearn the noise so your kids don't have to go through the same weight troubles you did.

If this hits home, comment REWIRE below and I'll send you over the details to jump on the priority waitlist.

There are no "slips." There are no "blips."

There is no "on track" and "off track."

There is only one track. It's called your life, and you don't get to climb on and off it whenever you choose.

But right now, you are holding onto a self-created rulebook of "good" and "bad."

You go out for a meal, or you order a takeaway instead of cooking the food in the fridge, and immediately you label it a mistake. You tell yourself you've done something wrong.

The funny thing is, you don't think that at the time.

Nobody goes into a restaurant, opens the menu, and actively looks for the worst possible thing to ruin their progress. You made the best choice in that moment because it's what you wanted to do.

The guilt? The feeling that you've failed? That only ever happens in hindsight.

Guilt is entirely self-created. It's the perception of wrongdoing based on a rigid, all-or-nothing mindset that judges the food and then punishes you for it.

If one person can eat three squares of chocolate and get on with their day, and another person eats three squares, feels guilty, and has to finish the entire bar because "the day is ruined anyway"...

We can't say the chocolate is the problem.

The problem is the belief that you did something wrong in the first place.

You cannot bring perfectionism into something that is inherently fluid. Life changes. Plans change.

If the "perfect" diet existed, we would all be following it, and nobody would have any weight issues. But it doesn't.

The only thing the word "perfection" has ever done for people trying to lose weight is stop them from actually losing it.

I always tell my clients: if you want to get the most benefit from the word "perfection," remove it from your vocabulary entirely.

Stop looking at normal, daily life events as failures. Start seeing them as opportunities to observe your relationship with food, and to catch those default reactions before they take over.

You don't need to be perfect. You just need to stop punishing yourself for being human.

Following thousands of people on here is insanity.

More people does not mean more answers. It means more noise, more overwhelm, and more paralysis, all of your own creation.

Hopping from podcast to podcast, person to person on Instagram, giving your time and attention to people who'll happily invite a guest on with a completely opposing view on health and nutrition without batting an eyelid.

And then there's you.

You've been dieting your whole life. Here you are, reading this, just another voice in a sea of thousands you follow, completely oblivious to the fact that you have dieted your body to a higher weight over the last 20+ years.

Still holding onto the belief that a diet is going to be the solution.

That if you just follow one more person, maybe they'll have the answers.

If you just listen to one more podcast, maybe that's the one that'll finally click.

All this distraction. All this noise.

When all you ever needed to do was take a look at yourself. Understand why you're in the position you're in, and work on those things.

There's no secret. No hack. No magic.

Just basic, logical problem solving.

Find the problems. And no, your weight is not the problem. Your weight is the outcome of your problems.

Fix those, fix your weight.

Get on with your life.

Unfollow the 2,000 weight loss accounts.

Unsubscribe from the 20+ podcasts.

Go and live a life that isn't entirely orientated around food, drink, weight and fat loss.

Yo-yo dieting isn't a willpower problem.

It's a design problem.

Every diet you've ever done was built on the same broken blueprint. They hand you a plan, you put the real you on "pause," and you start following the new rules.

Rinse. Repeat. For years on end.

And where are you now?

If you're anything like most of the people I work with, you are either the same weight you were when you first started dieting. Or, more likely, heavier.

Decades of time, energy, and money spent trying to lose weight... only to gain it back.

It's pure insanity to keep returning to the same broken approach and expecting the next time to be any different.

But the truth is... The reason it keeps failing isn't you.

It's the model.

You are not built to be consistent with something that requires you to act like a completely different person to make it work.

Think about it this way...

Imagine meeting someone you really like, but having to pretend to be someone you're not just to keep them interested. That relationship was never going to last.

And neither was the diet.

The food you eat at weekends, the takeaway on a Tuesday, the glass of wine after a hard day. That is your real life.

Any approach that can't survive contact with your real life was never going to last.

Everything changes when you stop asking "how do I force myself to stick to this plan long enough to reach my goal?" and start asking "what do I need to change about the things I'm already doing so that my weight and health work for me instead of against me?"

This is the question no "diet" can ever answer.

If you were to put me in charge of your eating, your health and your weight for the next 30 days, here is what we would be doing together.

Today is the final day to join the June intake of the 30-Day Kickstart. By joining, you are helping me shape the way the Munro Method helps people in the new dieting landscape of 2026.

This isn't just another program. It is an approach built around your problems, your struggles, and your feedback.

Before we even talk about food, we dive into the psychology. We go deep into the way you think and feel about how you eat. How you think dictates how you act, and how you act dictates your weight.

Most people want to skip this. They want to jump straight to the rules. But you can't fix a problem you aren't fully aware of yet.

🎯 Week 1: We bring things to light that you didn't even know about yourself. We identify the stress loops and the "all or nothing" triggers that have kept you stuck for years.

🎯 Week 2: Once we have the awareness in place, then we talk about the food. We get your nutrition setup so you can actually start losing weight without the guesswork.

🎯 Week 3: We go deeper into the strategy. We look at how you navigate the real world, the busy weekends, and the social events that usually blow your progress.

🎯 Week 4: We solidify the foundation. We make sure the changes you have made are sustainable so you never have to "start a diet" ever again.

The doors close tonight so I can focus 100% on the group for the month of June.

If you are ready to stop the cycle and build a foundation that actually lasts, comment KICKSTART below and I will send you the details immediately.
