I don't know what your feed looks like, but I know what mine has looked like in the past. I barely follow anyone on here by design. UFC, F1, a few close friends and the people I actually look up to and respect in this industry. That is it.

But I still see them.

The guys shouting down the camera. The ones telling you that you don't want it enough. The ones giving you a hard time because you won't do exactly what they are telling you to do.

It is a sad state of affairs when people are scared of their coach.

How many more years are you going to keep CHOOSING to repeat the same mistake when it comes to your weight?

I've worked with people in their early 20s who have their whole dieting career ahead of them.

And that the other end of the scale I've worked with people in their early 70s who have 50 years of yuu dieting behind them.

The real question is how many more years of your life are you willing to lose to your weight before you actually do something about it instead of messing around with diets?

I watched two people debating what a "healthy weight" truly means recently.

One side was arguing that BMI is the only metric that matters. The other side was arguing that we shouldn't even aim for health, we should only aim for "happiness." It made me shake my head in despair at the world I have to work in.

I can only imagine what it is like for you to consume this s**t every day. It is no wonder you are confused.

The "happiness" argument misses the point entirely. You might be "happy" eating Chinese takeaways and drinking alcohol five nights a week.

But are you happy with how you have to wake up and feel every single day?

Are you happy with the brain fog, the exhaustion, the bloating and the physical limitations of the weight you carry with that lifestyle?

Health INCLUDES happiness. You cannot have one without the other.

For me, health is about living in a body that is physically healthy and capable, both inwardly and outwardly.

But it is also about achieving that in a healthy way.

Being lean and "fit" but being fu***ng miserable because you are so restricted is NOT health. That is a disordered relationship with food.

Being completely happy with what you eat but living in a body on the brink of Type 2 diabetes and heart disease is also not health. That is a physical disaster waiting to happen.

We shouldn't be "aiming" for a specific number on a scale.

We should be aiming to work on our mindset and our lifestyle. When you fix the way you think and the way you live, your weight will settle naturally.

Sure, It might not go all the way into a "perfect" BMI, but it also won't be sitting on the brink of obesity. It will be the weight where your body is physically capable and your mind is mentally free.

That is the only definition of health that matters.

Most people spend their entire lives in a "hire purchase" agreement with their weight.
